On February 11, 2026, took place the 23rd Gdańsk Sports Gala, during which athletes, coaches and sporting events organized in the Tri-City were awarded. The Energa Gdańsk Marathon was named the 2025 Sports Event of the Year!

The Gdańsk Sports Gala is an annual celebration of the achievements of the local sports community and a tribute to the work of athletes, coaches and everyone involved in the development of sports in the city. Among these awards, the Energa Gdańsk Marathon was named the 2025 Sports Event of the Year. Thank you very much for appreciating our event. As we prepare for the 2026 edition, we hope that this year’s marathon will be even better!

This is also a recognition for everyone involved in organizing the marathon, our sponsors, partners and our reliable volunteers, to whom we extend our thanks.
