The 5 km race course will overlap to a small extent with the Gdańsk Marathon route. Due to the fact that the Gdańsk Marathon 2025 route is currently in the process of being agreed with road managers and the police, the exact race route will appear on the website after the agreements with road managers are completed.

The race route will not have a Polish Athletics certificate. The route will be measured using GPS devices.
