RULES FOR THE WITHDRAWAL OPTION FROM THE GDAŃSK MARATHON 2026

  1. The organizer of the Energa Gdańsk Marathon 2026 (hereinafter referred to as the Event) is Energy Events Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. with its registered office in Miszewko (80-297), ul. Kaszubska 53
  2. When registering for the Energa Gdańsk Marathon 2026, each participant has the right to purchase a withdrawal option.
  3. The withdrawal option can only be purchased during registration for the Energa Gdańsk Marathon 2026 and cannot be purchased later.
  4. Those who purchase the withdrawal option have the opportunity to withdraw from the race and obtain a refund of the entry fee paid in accordance with the rules set out in these regulations.
  5. The withdrawal procedure is carried out by sending an email to info@gdanskmaraton.com. The email must be sent from the address provided by the competitor during registration for the Energa Gdańsk Marathon 2026.
  6. Using the option to withdraw from the race does not require providing any reasons for withdrawal or sending any additional documentation, including medical documentation.
  7. The amount and form of the entry fee refund depends on the date of sending the withdrawal statement:
    a) Until March 31, 2026, 11:59 p.m. – 100% refund of the entry fee in the form of a transfer to the account from which the payment for the start was made.
    b) From April 1, 2026, to April 15, 2026, until 11:59 p.m. – a refund in the form of a voucher in the amount of 50% of the entry fee paid, to be used for the Energa Gdańsk Marathon 2027.
    c) From April 16, 2026, to April 17, 2026, until 11:59 p.m. – a refund in the form of a voucher for 25% of the entry fee paid, to be used for entry into the Energa Gdańsk Marathon 2027.
  8. The entry fee and the medal engraving fee (if purchased) are subject to refund in accordance with the conditions specified in point 7.
  9. Other additional services, if purchased, such as a T-shirt, backpack, etc., will be sent at the participant’s expense to the address provided within 14 days after the event, or the participant may collect these items in person at the event office on April 18-19, 2026, during the event office’s working hours.
  10. The cost of purchasing the option to withdraw from the race depends on the distance:
    d) Energa Energa Gdańsk Marathon 2026 – PLN 40
    e) Marathon Relay – PLN 80
    c) 5 km run – PLN 15
  11. The right to interpret these regulations is reserved exclusively for the Organizer.
  12. Matters and situations not specified in these regulations will be decided by the Organizer.
